During its second week up against season premieres of the other top-tier Syndicated talk shows, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" retained 100% of its solid week-ago premiere numbers in Households (3.0/11) and Women 25-54 (1.3/10).

- In Homes, "LIVE" grew over premiere week in 7 of the Top 10 U.S. Markets. In New York, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" was up week to week by 3% in Households to hit a 5-week high in the market - since the week of 8/5/13.

- "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" ranked as the No. 1 syndie talk show of the week in Households, beating the opening weeks of both "Ellen" and "Dr. Phil" by 7% each (3.0/11 vs. 2.8/8). In addition, "LIVE" topped "Dr. Phil" by 8% in Women 25-54 (1.3/10 vs. 2.8/8).

- During the week, "LIVE" ranked No. 1 in Homes in its time period in 8 of the Top 10 U.S. markets, including New York. In fact, in New York "LIVE" won its 9:00 a.m. slot on each day of the week, dominating runner-up NBC's "Today Show" by 61% on average in HH (3.7/14 vs. 2.3/8).

- Capping out the week with a surge, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" built from Thursday to Friday by 18% in Households (2.8/11 to 3.3/12) and by 55% in Women 25-54 (1.1/9 to 1.7/13). In fact, Friday's "First Anniversary Viewer's Choice Show" (on 9/13/13) was "LIVE's" highest-rated telecast of the past two weeks in both HH and Women 25-54.
