During the week of February 23, 2015, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" remained at its season high for the 2nd straight week in Households (3.4 rating), while drawing its biggest overall audience of the season (4.627 million). In fact, this week was "LIVE's" strongest in more than 1 year in both Homes (tie) and Total Viewers - since w/o 2/3/14.

Syndicated talk show in Households (3.4 rating), Total Viewers (4.627 million) and Women 25-54 (1.7 rating), beating "Ellen" in all three Nielsen measures (2.8 rating, 3.932 million and 1.6 rating) despite "LIVE's" early time periods with lower overall TV usage levels. This week marked "LIVE's" 10th consecutive win over "Ellen" in Households.
The 4th annual "After Oscars® Show" on Monday (on 2/23/15) marked "LIVE's" strongest single-day telecast of the season in Households (4.1 rating), Total Viewers (5.503 million) and Women 25-54 (2.0 rating-tie).
For the 4th week in a row, "LIVE" delivered at least a 3.0 rating in Households on all 5 telecasts of the week: Monday - 4.1, Tuesday - 3.3, Wednesday - 3.1, Thursday - 3.5, Friday - 3.0.
"LIVE" delivered double-digit year-over-year growth (w/o 2/24/14) for the 2nd straight week in all key Nielsen measures: Households (+13% - 3.4 rating vs. 3.0 rating), Total Viewers (+21% - 4.627 million vs. 3.836 million) and Women 25-54 (+21% - 1.7 rating vs. 1.4 rating).
During the 2015 February sweep, "LIVE with Kelly and Michael" was up for the 2nd straight year in Households (+6% - 3.3 rating vs. 3.1 rating) and Total Viewers (+6% - 4.455 million vs. 4.190 million) to deliver its strongest February in 8 years, while growing by 6% in Women 25-54 (1.7 rating vs. 1.6 rating) over the year-ago sweep to match its highest-rated February in 7 years - since 2007 and 2008, respectively.
In fact, "LIVE" posted the largest year-to-year gains among the top-tier talk shows in Homes (+6%), Viewers (+6%) and Women 25-54 (+6%). Further, "LIVE" was the only top-tier
Syndicated talker to deliver growth over the year-ago February in the key Women 25-54 demo ("Dr. Phil" was down -10% and "Ellen" declined -16%).
Moving up a notch this year, "LIVE" finished the February sweep as the No. 2 syndie talker in Households (3.3 rating), Total Viewers (4.455 million) and Women 25-54 (1.7 rating), leapfrogging over 3rd-place "Ellen" (3.0 rating, 4.119 million and 1.6 rating).
· "LIVE" delivered a 3.0 HH rating or higher on every single telecast of the February sweep and capped off the sweep with its strongest performance in more than 1 year during the final complete Nielsen week of the sweep (w/o 2/16/15).
