LAST CALL Starring Christopher Lloyd & Tara Reid Coming to VOD

Vega Baby Releasing has announced today that they have acquired all North American and UK DVD and VOD rights to the film LAST CALL, which is directed by Greg Garthe and written by Scott Donnelly and Erik Lindsay (American Pie Presents Beta House, American Pie Presents The Naked Mile). THE COMEDY stars Travis Van Winkle, Ryan Hansen, Tara Reid, Christopher Lloyd, Diora Baird, Tom Arnold, Clint Howard, David DeLuise and Dave Foley. Written by Scott Donnelly and Erik Lindsay, the film was produced by Spence Jackson, Greg Garthe, Scott Donnelly and Shannon Riggs. A release date is to be announced shortly.

Cousins Danny and Phil O'Donnell are chronic underachievers forced into running THE FAMILY bar in order to save their crazy Uncle Pete from jail and financial ruin. Facing foreclosure by the bank, Danny and Phil hatch a number of hilarious half-baked schemes just to keep the bar afloat. From turning THE FAMILY bar into a sleazy strip club one night to converting the place into an illegal HIGH SCHOOL speakeasy the next, the O'Donnell boys will do anything to save THE DAY in this buddy comedy romp.

The deal was brokered by Sheldon Brigman, CEO and Co-President of Vega Baby Releasing and by Greg Garthe and Spence Jackson on behalf of the filmmakers.

Vega Baby Releasing previously distributed the Ukraine-set horror/thriller GHOUL to theaters this spring, as well as the high-profile documentary THE MAGIC OF HEINEKEN, which made an exclusive run on Hulu before heading into select theaters and a multi-platform release late last year.

In addition, Vega Baby Productions has the action-thriller EVERLY, starring Salma Hayek, which debuted in theaters through Radius -TWC in February.
