NBCUniversal announced today that Kerry Brockhage has been promoted to Executive Vice President & Chief Counsel for NBCUniversal Content Distribution. She will continue to serve as the primary legal counsel for the distribution of NBCUniversal's entire portfolio of networks across multiple platforms, and report to Matt Bond, Chairman, Content Distribution, and Kimberley Harris, Executive Vice President and General Counsel for NBCUniversal.
Brockhage spearheads the legal strategy for the distribution of NBCUniversal's cable networks,
NBC and
Telemundo owned stations, regional sports networks, as well as the Olympics with all cable, satellite, telco partners, digital MVPDs, and emerging OTT/OVD platforms. Additionally, Brockhage oversees the legal activity for the distribution of content on multiple devices, and negotiates and structures agreements involving NBCUniversal's TV Everywhere (TVE) and on demand offering.

Prior to joining NBCUniversal in 2011, Brockhage served as Senior Vice President, Business and Legal Affairs for A&E Networks and Lifetime Entertainment Services.
Brockhage graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, and earned a law degree at UC Hastings College of the Law.
