"Live with Kelly and Ryan" always sets the standard for Halloween, and this year, daytime duo Kelly Ripa and Ryan Seacrest will prove that what's old is definitely new again when they present "Live's Best Halloween Show Ever: the ReBOOOOt" on Oct. 31.

The 2018 Halloween extravaganza is all about the latest film and TV craze: the reboot. With so many classics returning to the big and small screens, Kelly and Ryan will reinvent and modernize nostalgic favorites in never-before-seen ways. They'll cross decades, bringing the pop-culture phenomena of yesteryear back to life, in "Live's" truly unpredictable and irreverent Halloween style. There will be no shortage of twists and turns throughout the hour as Kelly and Ryan tackle mega-hits such as "Friends," "Top Gun," "I Love Lucy," "The Brady Bunch," "Saved by the Bell," "Laverne and Shirley," "Charlie's Angels" and many more.

Plus, an epic update of "All My Children," the soap opera where it all began for Kelly, will reunite some of its former stars, including MARK CONSUELOS, SUSAN LUCCI, SARAH MICHELLE GELLAR and EVA LaRUE. Kelly and Ryan also enlist the help of actress BUSY PHILIPPS and actor JENSEN ACKLES as they audition for an unexpected reboot of the hit 1990s series "Dawson's Creek." Among the others making appearances will be superstar CHRISTINA AGUILERA, "Watch What Happens Live" host ANDY COHEN, actor JOHN STAMOS, actress FAITH FORD, "Property Brothers" DREW and JONATHAN SCOTT, and actress and comedian CAROLINE RHEA.

The morning kicks off with a special Facebook Live pre-show, capturing all the backstage excitement and final preparations in the moments leading up to the start of the show. The pre-show will give viewers at home an exclusive first-hand look at what lies ahead during the action-packed hour.

The show culminates with "Live's Halloween Costume Contest," when members of the audience will wow with their intricate, almost unbelievable, creations. This year's winners will go home with prizes totaling $10,000. And for those who are unable to make it to the studio, "Live" has teamed up with Amazon Prime for "Live's Halloween Boxtume Contest." To enter, viewers must send in a photo of their homemade "boxtume" - a costume made out of boxes - for the chance to win a $5,000 Amazon.Com gift card. The four finalists will be featured during the Halloween show, and viewers will vote on their favorite.
