'Twilight's' Kellan Lutz Joins Cast of 'War of the Gods'

Actor Kellan Lutz of the 'Twilight Saga' has joined the cast of 'War of the Gods', reports Variety.

The film, helmed by Tarsem Singh, stars Henry Cavill, Freida Pinto and Mickey Rourke. Lutz will play the role of the Greek god ruler of the sea, Poseidon.

The premise of the film centers on the warrior Theseus who leads his men into war against immortal Greek Gods to defeat elder gods of the Titans in order to save mankind. Shooting will commence in April.
