Julianne Moore & Robert De Niro to Star in Limited TV Series from David O. Russell

According to Variety, David O. Russell, Julianne Moore and Robert De Niro will team for a reported serialized limited series for television which is expected to hit the marketplace in late August.

While details on the series remain under wraps, Russell's reps have already "sent out feelers" to network buyers, requesting a "hefty" advance financial commitment even before a full description of the project is revealed.

Russell has previously developed television projects for FX, CBS and ABC, and served as an executive producer on the five-episode Syfy series "Outer Space Astronauts" in 2009. As of now, no additional writers are attached to his latest project.
