Today, Dr. Oz is joined by the longest presiding referee on The People's Court, Judge Marilyn Milian. This tough-talking judge is not afraid to yell in both English and Spanish to anyone who tries to pull a fast one in her court room. Now, "The People's Health Court" is in session to help happy couples fix their health problems.

On dealing with the stresses of life Judge Milian explains, "Yeah, it's tough. So you have to kind of, people pay lip service to this all the time, but you have to make time for yourself. And I'm one of the people who pays lip service to it. But you really, really do. And what I've started doing, which feels kind of peculiar, but when I'm in Miami, I know what time of the day is the time that I can just stop. So from 12:00 to 2:00, I try to meet up with friends, I have a lunch. I just, there will be no telephone, no internet, no checking my text."

On cases between couples that have children involved Judge Milian says, "What I tell them all the time is, you folks think you're gonna be rid of each other soon but you're never gonna be rid of each other. There's gonna be birthdays, there's gonna be graduations, hopefully, there's gonna be marriages. And you're gonna be stuck with each other for the rest of your lives, because you chose to bring a baby into the earth, which will one day become an adult and then you'll have grandkids together. So no matter what, you've got to co-parent and cooperate. And I'm amazed at how many times they're looking at me, 'cause they haven't thought that through, you know. They're like oh yeah, we better stop sniping at each other.

The People's Health Court will be taking on the cases of:

Erin and Joe: They have been happily married for 17 years but are experiencing one big dilemma, where Joe places the toilet seat.

Taneka and Jay: After 8 years of marriage Jay still lets a small cold halt his entire day while Taneka, with the same sickness, will get all of her chores done.

Elisa and Ed: A married couple for 18 years, Elisa cannot believe that Ed still leaves his clothes all over the floor.
