Grey's Anatomy has cast Josh Radnor as a potential love interest for Ellen Pompeo's Meredith Grey, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
There is no official word yet on how many episodes Radnor will appear in, but his first appearance is in this Thursday's episode, in which his character arrives to pick up Meredith for a blind dat
During Grey's Anatomy's 15th season, Meredith has been treating a patient who has in return been treating the top surgeon's heart as a love doctor of sorts.
Radnor is best known for playing Ted Moseby on How I Met Your Mother. Recently, he starred in NBC's Rise, which only lasted for one season.
Grey's Anatomy airs Thursdays at 8 p.m. on ABC.
