John Stamos traveled to Disneyland in a special episode of the long-running ABC series 'Full House.' Now the Broadway star will make a return visit to the theme park with a very special date beside him.

According to Today.com, Stamos has promised 19 year-old Kaitlyn Dobrow, who had to have both her legs and arms amputated due to a deadly case of bacterial infection meningococcemia, a trip to the Magic Kingdom as soon as she is physically well enough to go.

The actor visited Dobrow yesterday at a hospital in Orange County, California and shared a photo of the special meeting on Instagram, posting: "hanging out with my girls kaitlyn @kristenkiddie - we're planning our trip to @disneyland !!!

Next to another photo of Dobrow he explained, "I'm ONLY doing this cause they asked. I said no press. But this story is a must read -- plus me and katie have a date to Disneyland,"

According to the "Caring for Katie" Facebook page, Dobrow was able to sit in a wheelchair for the first time in July and toured the hospital which features a view of Disneyland and its rides. She will be leaving for a rehab center on August 16th.

Stamos is set to star in the NBC fall pilot "I am Victor" and was a recurring guest star on the network series "The New Normal." His television credits include ABC's "Full House," NBC's "ER," ABC's comedies "Jake in Progress" and "Thieves" and has appeared in the Emmy & Golden Globe nominated adaptation of "Raisin in the Sun" for ABC.

Stamos has had tremendous success on Broadway having performed opposite James Earl Jones in "The Best Man." He has also appeared in the Tony Award-winning musicals "Hairspray," "Bye Bye Birdie," "Nine" and "Cabaret."
