According to Deadline, Emmy winner John Larroquette is tapped to star opposite Annaleigh Ashford in the upcoming ABC pilot "Three Rivers."

The series will be a single-camera comedy, created by Sherry Bilsing-Graham and Ellen Kreamer. The show will be directed by Tristram Shapeero.

"Three Rivers centers on Rebecca Watts (Ashford), who left her family's Texas ranch years ago to work at an upscale hotel in New York, but after being promised ownership of the ranch by her smooth-talking cowboy dad Beau (Larroquette), she's back and ready to utilize her big-city tactics to turn their rustic ranch into a destination spot oozing Southern hospitality. Getting her siblings to fall in line with her vision will be the real thorn in Rebecca's side. And that's going to be even harder once Beau reveals a life-changing family secret."

Larroquette's roles include Dan Fielding on the 1984-1992 sitcom Night Court (winning and unprecedented record four consecutive Emmy Awards for outstanding supporting actor in a comedy series, and his record still stands as of 2017), Mike McBride in the Hallmark CHANNEL series McBride, John Hemingway on The John Larroquette Show, and Carl Sack in Boston Legal. He is currently playing Jenkins/Galahad in TNT's The Librarians.
