Jessica Szohr, Beth Riesgraf & More to Join Jason O'Mara in USA's COMPLICATIONS

USA has added to the cast of its upcoming ensemble pilot COMPLICATIONS.

According to Deadline, GOSSIP GIRL's Jessica Szohr, LEVERAGE's Beth Riesgraf, Demetrius Gross, and Lauren Stamile have signed on, joining the previously announced Jason O'Mara.

COMPLICATIONS follows John Ellis, a disillusioned suburban ER doctor, who finds his existence transformed when he intervenes in a drive-by shooting, saving a young boy's life and killing one of his attackers. When he learns the boy is still marked for death he finds himself compelled to save him at any cost and discovers that his life and his outlook on medicine may never be the same. COMPLICATIONS is written and executive produced by Matt Nix and is from FOX Television Studios.

Szhor will take on the role of Gretchen, "an ER Nurse at Samaritan Hospital. Pretty and whip-smart with an ironic smile and penetrating eyes, she's a good nurse, but a bit of a dark soul. When Dr. John Ellis (O'Mara) comes to her for help saving a patient - which requires violating hospital policy and her professional ethics - she readily agrees, Revealing that she has more secrets than anyone knew."

Riesgraf will play the wife of O'Mara, a lawyer named Samantha, "who is trying her best to keep her family, her career and herself together after losing her daughter to cancer."

Grosse plays another doctor at Samaritan Hospital, Dan Brennan, "a skillful and dedicated physician, and the closest thing John has to a friend."

Stamile, just coming off of BURN NOTICE, will take on the role of Bridget, "an excellent Doctor Who tends to take her frustration with life in the ER out on patients and colleagues. Irritated by John Ellis's overly sympathetic approach toward his patients, she often takes him to task for coddling them-especially those she feels are abusing the ER. However, she soon learns that her lack of empathy can be just as dangerous."
