Caitlyn Jenner (formerly known as Bruce) made her debut when the June cover of Vanity Fair premiered online this morning - and the resemblence to a certain actress was pretty striking.
On Twitter, stars and fans alike sounded off on Jenner's Jessica Lange likeness, including Azealia Banks, who tweeted: "Caitlyn Jenner looks exactly like Jessica Lange. Wow!"
In a new interview with The Daily Beast (set up around a different subject,) Lange responded to the comparisons, admitting she hadn't seen Jenner's spread yet: "Oh really? "That's so wonderful. Well now I'm going to have to look for that picture."
In the issue of Vanity Fair, Jenner chats with author Buzz Bissinger about his decision to undergo a procedure to become a woman. "If I was lying on my deathbed and I had kept this secret and never ever did anything about it, I would be lying there saying, 'You just blew your entire life,' " he said.
In addition, Caitlyn launched an official Twitter account, sharing a photo of the Vanity Fair photo shoot and the caption: I'm so happy after such a long struggle to be living my true self. Welcome to the world Caitlyn. Can't wait for you to get to know her/me.
In a recent episode of E!'s "Keeping Up with the Kardashians: About Bruce" Jenner shared with his stepdaughter Khloé Kardashian that he was planning to fully transition "probably in the spring." His new life as a woman will be chronicled in an upcoming eight-part docuseries premiering in July on E!
