Jenny McCarthy: Rosie's Return to THE VIEW Will 'Bring Some Heat to the Table'

As ABC's The View continues its game of musical host chairs, exiting co-host Jenny McCarthy commented on the news that Rosie O'Donnell would be reclaiming her spot on the ABC daytime talk show.

In an interview with US Magazine, McCarthy shared, "I love Rosie. I have been a fan of hers forever. I knew they were looking to bring some heat to the table and there is no doubt that will Rosie there will be some heat. They are definitely going in the direction of fire."

She continued, "It's going to be some exciting television. I will be there with my beer and popcorn at eleven in the morning. I can't wait to see how it plays out."

McCarthy also shared that more surprising news may be in store for viewers today when The View airs live on ABC. "Monday there will be a big announcement," she teased. "Everyone should do something they love doing but that shows off their strengths and have fun while doing it."

Last week, former 'View' co-host Elisabeth Hasselbeck called into FOX & Friends to air her frustrations on the news of Rosie's return, saying the comedian has "spit on the face of military" and "spit in the face of her own network."
