Jennifer Aniston and Owen Wilson Star in New Comedy

Comedy writer and director Peter Bogdanovich, Academy Award-nominated for The Last Picture Show (1972), is set to direct a new comedy, starring Jennifer Aniston and Owen Wilson.

According to ShowBiz411.com, Aniston and Wilson star in SHE'S FUNNY THAT WAY, a film about the folly of making assumptions about other people.

Aniston plays a sarcastic shrink who completely breaks her patients' confidentiality contract, regularly revealing her patients' identities and issues to anyone who wants to know. She is oblivious to how inappropriate her behavior is.

Wilson plays a Broadway director whose latest project stars his wife (Kathryn Hahn) and a British star (Rhys Ifans). His story comes to a head when the star accidentally finds Wilson in a hotel with a hooker (Imogen Poots).

The many cameos in SHE'S FUNNY THAT WAY include Vanity Fair editor Graydon Carter as a limo driver, as well as Tatum O'Neal, Colleen Camp, Tovah Feldshuh, LUCY Punch, Cybill Shepherd, Richard Lewis, George Morfogen, Austin Pendleton, Jake Hoffman, Illeana Douglas, Will Forte and Debi Mazar.

Jennifer Joanna Aniston is an American actress, filmmaker, and businesswoman. She gained worldwide recognition for portraying Rachel Green on the television sitcom Friends (1994-2004), a role which earned her an Emmy Award, a Golden Globe Award, and a Screen Actors Guild Award. In 2012, she received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Additionally, Men's Health magazine voted Aniston the "Sexiest Woman of All Time".

Aniston has also enjoyed a successful film career. She has played the female protagonist in dozens of romantic comedy films. Owen Cunningham Wilson is an American actor and screenwriter from Dallas, Texas. His older brother, Andrew and younger brother, Luke, are also actors. He has had a long association with filmmaker Wes Anderson, having shared co-writing and acting credits for Bottle Rocket (1996) and The Royal Tenenbaums (2001), which was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay, and for his collaborations with fellow actor Ben Stiller. The two have appeared in ten films together.

Wilson is best known for his roles in Meet the Parents (2000), Shanghai Noon (2000), Zoolander (2001), Shanghai Knights (2003), Wedding Crashers (2005), Night at the Museum (2006), Cars (2006), MARLEY & Me (2008), Night at the Museum: Battle of the Smithsonian (2009), Midnight in Paris (2011), Cars 2 (2011) and The Internship (2013).
