Jay Hernandez Signs on for Fox's GANG RELATED

LAST RESORT's Jay Hernandez has officially joined the cast of Fox's upcoming drama pilot GANG RELATED.

The project comes from 20th TV and Imagine TV, and is set in San Francisco. The pilot will center on Ryan Lopez (Ramon Rodriguez), who infiltrates the SFPD and rises through the ranks. He must balance his obligations to his crime family with an increasing sense of loyalty to his new "family," the SFPD's Gang Task Force.

Hernandez will play the son of gang lord Javier Acosta, and childhood best friend of Lopez.

Chris Morgan is set to write the script for the pilot as well as executive-produce along with Scott Rosenbaum.

As of now, no additional cast members have been announced.
