Broadcasting from Brooklyn, New York, for the 3rd time during the week of October 16, 2017, ABC's JIMMY KIMMEL LIVE shot up over the prior week by double digits in both Total Viewers (+19% - 2.589 million vs. 2.171 million) and Adults 18-49 (+15% - 641,000 vs. 556,000) to deliver its most watched week in almost 1-1/2 years - since the week of 6/13/16.
For the 3rd time in 4 weeks, "Kimmel" grew over the same week last year (2.166 million and 625,000 on w/o 10/10/16) in both Total Viewers (+20%) and Adults 18-49 (+3%).
On Monday, 10/16/17, "Kimmel" kicked off the week with new season highs for a single-day telecast in Total Viewers (3.055 million) and Adults 18-49 (797,000). In addition, on its opening night, "Kimmel" delivered its 2nd largest audience for a Brooklyn-based show and its most watched for a Monday, growing 23% over the first Monday telecast from the last time the show broadcasted from Brooklyn two years ago (2.477 million on 10/19/15). Monday's show welcomed guests Amy Schumer, DJ Khaled and music from LCD Soundsystem.
ABC's "Kimmel" was the week's No. 1 late-night talk show in Total Viewers and Adults 18-49.
