In fact, this week was JKL's strongest week in nearly 10 years in the key young adult demo - since w/o 11/24/03. JKL grew over the year-ago week (which also consisted of 2 original and 3 repeat telecasts) by 15% among Adults 18-49, marking its 23rd straight week of year-over-year growth.
Tuesday's telecast of JKL (on 6/11/13), which featured guests Lil Wayne, Chris Messina and Jimmy Eat World, was the show's strongest regular telecast ever among Adults 18-49.
ABC's
Jimmy Kimmel Live was the week's #1 talk show in late-night in Adults 18-34, beating runner-up NBC's
The Tonight Show with Jay Leno by 16%.
JKL was the #1 talk show in late-night in Adults 18-49 on both Tuesday and Thursday nights.
Despite airing only 2 original telecasts during the week (on Tuesday and Thursday), ABC's
Jimmy Kimmel Live scored its largest advantages ever over CBS' The Late Show with David Letterman, beating the
CBS program with 4 original telecasts by 58% in Adults 18-49 and by 100% in Adults 18-34.
