Earlier today, TVGuide.com reported that Blair, who co-stars on the FX series, had a serious 'disagreement' with Sheen, accusing him of being unprofessional and a "menace" to work with.

According to TMZ, when Sheen got wind of Blair's complaints to show executives, he fired the actress himself and informed the show's crew that he would not show up for production this morning if Blair was on set.

The former 'Two and a Half Men' star seems to have already chosen Blair's replacement, actress Mila Kunis and has put out an offer to have her guest-star on the show for 10 episodes at a reported salary of $1 million per episode.

Blair's next project will be the feature film Hellboy 3. She has also appeared on television in Web Therapy, Kath & Kim, and Zoe, Duncan, Jack & Jane. Her film credits include the first two Hellboy movies, In Good Company, Legally Blonde, Cruel Intentions and many more.
