The Brooklyn District Attorney's office top prosecutor Anna-Sigga Nicolazzi and award-winning defense attorney and Investigation Discovery (ID) host, Darren Kavinoky, are two of the toughest trial lawyers in the nation, battling in the courtroom to protect the innocent and seek justice for victims everywhere. Transporting viewers to the forefront of famous homicide trials, each episode features one highly-debated story interlaced with expert commentary from Nicolazzi and Kavinoky, as well as friends, family, law enforcement and victims of the crimes.

About Anna-Sigga Nicolazzi
Anna-Sigga Nicolazzi is a prosecutor and supervisor in the Kings County District Attorney's office Homicide Division, one of the largest and busiest offices in the country. A 19-year veteran of the department, Nicolazzi quickly climbed the ranks to reach the elite homicide bureau, where she specializes in multiple defendant and other complex cases. Nicolazzi has tried over 50 felony cases, and has never lost a murder case, resulting in a perfect 35-0 record as a homicide prosecutor.
