In a quarter filled with major sporting events, holiday movies and special live events, Investigation Discovery (ID) clinched the #1 position in 4Q 2015 for Total Day delivery among W25-54 in all of ad-supported cable, beating out fully distributed networks USA and Hallmark. ID closed out 2015 as the #3 network in the same demo.
Showing its stronghold on W25-54, ID also landed in the top 15 for Prime delivery (#14) for the year, moving up three ranks from 2014.
Overall, ID celebrated its best year ever in Prime delivery among P2+, HH, P25-54, W25-54, M25-54, P18-49 and W18-49, and its best year ever in Total Day Delivery among P2+, HH and W25-54. In total audience, ID ended 2015 as the #18 network in Prime for delivery of P2+ in all of ad-supported cable, achieving 28 consecutive quarters of Prime year-over-year delivery growth among this demo.
In 2015, 21 original ID series averaged over one million viewers P2+. The top series for the network in 2015 included: Homicide Hunter: Lt Joe Kenda (1.598 million),

SEE NO EVIL (1.245 million),
ON THE CASE WITH PAULA ZAHN (1.226 million),

For four years - 16 consecutive quarters in a row - ID has been the #1 for Length of Tune in all of television in Total Day delivery among P25-54 and W25-54. In 2015, ID was #1 in Total Day (49 min. P25-54, 54 min. W25-54) for Length of Tune in all of television (compared to the average of 26 minutes in all of television), as well #1 in Prime (29 min. P25-54, 31 min. W25-54) for Length of Tune in all of ad-supported cable (compared to the average of 20 minutes in all of cable).
