ION Life Announces New Programming Line-Up

ION Life, the country's first television network dedicated to the celebration of a healthy, active and empowered life, has expanded its schedule of new programming with five new half-hour shows that are set to premiere this summer. The dynamic programming line-up will include the U.S premieres of three new daily half-hour series, "Gadget Girlz," "Body Fuel" and "Smart Cookies." Also joining the network are the daily half-hour fitness series "My Workout" and "Adrienne Reed's Power Yoga." The following are descriptions of the five new series joining ION Life's fall programming line-up:

GADGET GIRLZ : Who said girls aren't into technology? It sure wasn't anyone on the all female hosting crew of "Gadget Girlz" aims to educate viewers on the latest technological advances set to break loose in the consumer market. Guiding viewers are the show's hosts and four resident Gadget Girlz: Carolyn, Sasha, Ethel and Janelle. These girlz are the full package - beauty and brains! Each Gadget Girl is educated and specializes in her own area of technological expertise! Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, Biosciences and more. BODY FUEL: "Body Fuel" focuses on maximizing fitness results through the use of food and supplements. With an award-winning executive chef, professional sports trainer, nutritionist and bio-scientist, the series provides simple, workable solutions to diet and exercise. "Body Fuel" looks at the role foods, liquids and supplements have on building strength. Instead, they'll focus on how to attract more money into your life, how to have fun doing it and how to afford what you really want. MY WORKOUT: This hip, cutting edge fitness program combines fun and exercise. Hollywood's top celebrity trainers have joined together for a workout that is engaging, entertaining and energizing. Follow along with the trainers to the stars, whose clients include Brad Pitt, Demi Moore, Jennifer Garner, Hugh Jackman, Eva Mendes and more. ADRIENNE REED'S POWER YOGA: Hosted by superstar yoga instructor Adrienne Reed, each episode in this high energy series features a specific power yoga theme, including hiops, legs, core, upper body, flow and more.
