Christine Lagarde, managing director of the International Monetary Fund, discusses signs of improvement in the U.S. economy in an interview that will be broadcast tonight, Oct. 1, on the CBS EVENING NEWS WITH SCOTT PELLEY (6:30-7:00 PM, ET) on the CBS Television Network. Lagarde sat down with Pelley today in Washington, D.C.
