HISTORY(R) continues its phenomenal momentum as HATFIELDS & MCCOYS wins two 2011-2012 Emmy(R) Awards from The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences (ATAS) during THE 64TH PRIMETIME EMMY Awards presentation held on Sunday, September 23, at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles. This makes a total of five EMMY awards for the hit miniseries, the most Primetime EMMY wins in the network's history.

The three nights of HATFIELDS & MCCOYS became the top three entertainment telecasts of all time on ad supported cable among total viewers. Over 62 million viewers tuned into the miniseries over the course of the week. HATFIELDS & MCCOYS averaged an incredible 17.1 million total viewers, 8 million Adults 25-54 and 6.7 million Adults 18-49. The 6.7 million Adult 18-49 impressions average make it the highest rated miniseries or movie on cable on record.
