In an interview with NBC News Chief Foreign Affairs Correspondent Andrea Mitchell, outgoing Secretary of State Hillary Clinton said her recent health concerns would not "factor in at all" if she ever decides to run for president, but insisted she does not "have any decisions made" at this time.
