HISTORY's® Planet H, the brand extension created for kids ages 7-11 to explore historical topics and eras through play, is launching a brand-new game today - Porta-Pilots: Plunging Through Time™, available for free on iOS®, Android™ and Amazon Fire platforms. This game joins A+E Networks'® Frontier Heroes, EMPIRE Run and Age of Explorers.™ Check out the game trailer here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kzdrC0Vf4s4

Developed by Hibernum, Porta-Pilots is an interactive storybook and game experience that takes kids on a time traveling adventure through history in a time machine disguised as a Porta-Potty! Tyler Travers, a kid in current day America meets some kids from the future who need his help to fix their time machine. Together, they expose kids to some of the great stories from history including the Wright Brothers, Ancient Egypt and Cleopatra and the Chicago World's Fair in 1893, where Thomas Edison and Nikola Tesla were exhibiting their latest electrical inventions.

The initial game is free to download and comes with the Wright Brothers episode. Two additional episodes are available for $4.99 each or $6.99 together within the app. Each episode contains more than one hour of gameplay in which kids explore historic environments, interact with historical characters and play mini-games and solve puzzles. Players make choices all along the way and can replay episodes, taking different paths each time. Additional episodes will be added in the future, featuring Tyler and friends exploring a diverse group of eras and characters.

Developed with HISTORY, Planet H provides boys and girls an animated world of fun and entertainment, and high-quality content that parents can trust. Age of Explorers, Frontier Heroes and Empire Run are available for free on iOS®, Android™ and Kindle Fire platforms.

Planet H builds upon HISTORY's extensive reach in the education space which includes partnerships with prestigious history education organizations such as National History Day and museums including the Smithsonian's National Museum of American History. HISTORY's award-wining educational initiatives reach a network of over 350,000 educators, and the network's short-form videos are featured at over 70 historic sites including Gettysburg, Pearl Harbor and the Tower of London.
