People who dream of turning rundown homes into big time money can learn the tricks of the trade in HGTV's new series, Flipping Virgins. Premiering tonight, September 15, at 11 p.m. ET/PT, each episode stars property expert Egypt Sherrod as she helps house-flipping novices navigate the unexpected realities of purchasing, renovating and selling a home for profit. From how to choose the right FIXER UPPER to the wisest ways to stay on budget, Egypt knows how to get top dollar in the unpredictable world of real estate - but only if the "flipping virgins" heed her advice.

During the series, Egypt accompanies the beginners on their search to find the ideal home, which is often the worst house on the block. She advises them to overlook an old home's cringe-worthy stains, smells and dirt to envision the property's potential. With her expertise, guidance and a lot of sweat equity, they work together to implement smart renovation choices in hopes of earning maximum profit.

"The key to successful house flipping is finding the right house at the right price and staying on budget," said Egypt. "That's especially true for FIRST TIME FLIPPERS and I'm here to help."
