Winners were announced last night at the 36th Annual Sports Emmy® Awards in New York City.
HBO® collected three Sports Emmy Awards for 2014 production excellence.
Real Sports with Bryant Gumbel captured two awards. Real Sports has now won 28 Sports Emmy Awards since the monthly series debuted in 1995. 16 of those awards have come in the category of "Outstanding Sports Journalism." Jon Frankel's report on Kids & Guns, which captured this year's trophy for "Outstanding Sports Journalism," marks his second career Sports Emmy win for his work on Real Sports.
Hard Knocks: Training Camp with the Atlanta Falcons, in conjunction with NFL Films, took home the award for "Outstanding Music Composition." This is the 12th Sports Emmy trophy for the acclaimed franchise.

The 36th Sports Emmy Award winners were revealed May 5, 2015 in New York City at the Frederick P. Rose Hall in the Time Warner Center.
