Variety reports that HBO has ordered WE ARE ALL COMPLETELY BESIDE OURSELVES, a miniseries from 'Friends' co-creator Marta Kauffman and her Okay Goodnight production company.
The project is based on Karen Joy Fowler's novel of the same name. Oscar winner Natalie Portman is set to star and executive produce alongside Kauffman. Christopher Monger will pen the adaptation.
The story will follow "college student Rosemary Cooke (Portman), whose "twin sister" - actually a chimpanzee - disappeared when she was five years old, with her older brother following not long after." Kauffman shared in a statement: "These two projects demonstrate the range I envision for Okay Goodnight, and I couldn't be happier to see them come to fruition."Photo Credit: Walter McBride / WM Photos
