After the third season of Great American Country's original series Farm Kings posted double-digit audience gains among P25-54, the all-American lifestyle network has renewed the hit show for a fourth season.

Scheduled to premiere this fall, the ten new 60-minute episodes highlight the ups and downs of the King family's life on a Pittsburgh-area farm as they battle Mother Nature and continue to build their farm-associated small businesses. In season four, eldest brother Joe struggles to reinvent the farm's co-operative crop program, while brother Dan faces a personal dilemma of leaving the family business behind when he leaves home. Meanwhile, mother Lisa faces an empty nest when her eighth child, John, graduates high school and contemplates moving out of her home. And, the entire family is in mad-scramble mode to produce sister Bitty's wedding.

"Farm Kings is a genuine American family story, sometimes raw and dramatic, but always authentic and fun," said Steven Lerner, senior Vice president of programming and development for network, as well as its sister channels, HGTV and DIY Network. "Much like our recent original series pick-ups Highway Cowboys and Junk Gypsies, this series is an example of how viewers gravitate to our programming focused on uniquely American experiences. Farm Kings appeals to a consumer segment that advertisers find desirable - proud, patriotic people who share a common strong work ethic, who are chasing the American dream and who have spending power."
