RFD-TV is bringing back THAT NASHVILLE MUSIC which features classic country performances by musical legends from the Grand Ole Opry® archives in Nashville, TN. The series offers rare performances not seen in decades from legendary stars such as George Jones, Mickey Gilley, Tammy Wynette and more! The series premieres on the national cable network with Barbara Mandrell and the Statler Brothers on November 5th at 8:30 p.m. ET during the network's weekly music and entertainment lineup, "Saturday Night Music Row."

"For years the number one request from viewers has been to add programming from the Grand Ole Opry stage to RFD-TV. I'm happy to announce that we finally got it done," stated Patrick Gottsch, founder and president of RFD-TV. "Starting in November, "That Nashville Music," will feature classic performances from all your favorite country artists from the 70's and 80's. Bye-bye repeats. Hello new programming. It's our way of saying thank you to our fans and viewers who support RFD-TV."

Additional episodes of "That Nashville Music" include performances from: Mickey Gilley, Ferlin Husky, Margo Smith, George Jones, Tammy Wynette, Merle Haggard, Leona Williams, Johnny Duncan, Ronnie Milsap, Boots Randolph, Jerry Reed, Tom T. Hall, Roni Stoneman, Gene Watson, Dottsy, Charlie McCoy, Ray Price, and Charlie Daniels.

"That Nashville Music" (originally titled "That Good Ole Nashville Music") was a half-hour syndicated series that featured some of the period's top selling country artists performing some of their current or popular hits. Produced in association with WSM-TV and Opryland U.S.A. in Nashville, TN, the series was on-air for a grand total of 15 seasons from 1970 - 1985.

RFD-TV and the Opry plan to collaborate on additional programming content featuring the Grand Ole Opry stage. More details will be released in coming months.
