Alliance for Women in Media Foundation (AWMF) and Sexy Hair announce that Giuliana Rancic is the first-ever recipient of the "Caring is Sexy" Award. The inaugural AWMF and Sexy Hair "Caring is Sexy" Award will be presented at the 38th Annual Gracie Awards Gala on Tuesday, May 21, 2013, at The Beverly Hilton in Los Angeles. Reflecting AWMF and Sexy Hair's commitment to giving back to the community, the "Caring is Sexy" Award honors an individual who practices exceptional acts of kindness.
Giuliana Rancic is an entertainment journalist, fashion and beauty expert, and television personality with over 3 million followers on Twitter. She is the co-anchor of E! News alongside Terrence Jenkins, and is one of the co-hosts of E!'s hugely popular Fashion Police team alongside Joan Rivers, Kelly Osbourne, and George Kotsiopoulos. She's been on E!'s Live From the Red Carpet for every mega-event in the entertainment industry (Oscars, Grammy Awards, Golden Globes) interviewing the stars and getting breaking Hollywood scoop. Giuliana serves as one of the executive producers for Style Network's hit docu-series "Giuliana & Bill." The show is also co-produced under You & I Productions, the Production Company she shares with her husband, Bill. "Giuliana & Bill" is set to premiere its sixth season this summer on the Style Network.
Giuliana is a champion for several causes that have affected her personally, including infertility and breast cancer.
