Gary Oldman and Olga Kurylenko Will Lead Action-Thriller, THE COURIER  Image

Deadline reports that Oscar-winner Gary Oldman will join Olga Kurylenko in action-thriller The Courier.

Kurylenko will play a courier whose daily deliveries are interrupted when she discovers that her latest package is a bomb aimed at killing a witness who is about to testify against a ruthless crime lord, played by Oldman.

Directed by Zackery Adler, the film will be produced by Marc Goldberg, James Edward Barker, David Haring and Andrew Pendergast. The script is by Andy Conway and Nicky Tate.

Oldman is best known for his roles inTinker Tailor Soldier Spy and The Dark Knight. He recently won an Oscar, BAFTA, SAG Award and Golden Globe for his performance in Darkest Hour. He can be seen next in Steven Soderbergh's The Laundromat and Joe Wright's The Woman In The Window.

Kurylenko starred in Oblivion and Quantum Of Solace. She was recently seen in Universal's Johnny English Strikes Again and Terry Gilliam's The Man Who Killed Don Quixote. Her upcoming films include The Bay Of Silence and The Room.
