In addition, they have hired Colin Nash as SVP, of Alternative Programming & Development and Jean Shi as Vice President, Alternative Programming & Development.

Joni Day has been with FremantleMedia for the past five years, overseeing development and production of reality competition, game show and other unscripted television programming. Additionally, seasoned television executive Colin Nash has been hired as Senior Vice President, Alternative Programming & Development, and will focus on streaming and digital partners to expand FremantleMedia's already wide portfolio. With extensive development and production experience, Nash joins FMNA from MTV, where he shepherded many brand-defining hits.

Rounding out the team, Jean Shi was named VP, Alternative Programming & Development, where she will be responsible for developing and selling original unscripted series, with a focus on global formats for cable, and an emphasis on attracting the best talent to attach to each project.
