Fox Orders ATLANTIS Pilot from Ken Nolan & Sheldon Turner

FOX is going in search of Atlantis.

According to Deadline, the network has begun development on a drama pilot from UP IN THE AIR's Sheldon Turner and BLACK HAWK DOWN's Ken Nolan, which stems from Sony Pictures TV and Vendetta Productions, headed by Jennifer Klein.

ATLANTIS "follows two estranged brothers, who, along with a ragtag crew and a billion dollar state-of-the-art vessel, begin a search for the lost city of Atlantis, discovering mysteries of the deep sea along the way."

As the report notes, ATLANTIS reunited Klein, Turner, and Nolan, who helmed BLACK FRIDAY for ABC in 2012.
