ESPN2's prime-time coverage of Invictus Games Orlando 2016 will be led by some of ESPN's best-known, award-winning and well-respected commentators in Chris Fowler, Tom Rinaldi, Jeremy Schaap and Marysol Castro. Additionally, award-winning Bob Woodruff of ABC News, severely injured while covering the war in Iraq, will bring his unique perspective to the coverage.
ESPN2's coverage will begin Sunday, May 8, at 8 p.m. ET with the two-hour Opening Ceremony. Fowler and Castro will host the festivities from Champion Field at
ESPN Wide World of Sports at
WALT DISNEY WORLD in Orlando and share with viewers the excitement and anticipation of the Games. One-hour programs Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 7 p.m. each day, also hosted by Fowler and Castro, will update viewers on the day's competitions and include features on the competitors and storytelling from award-winning Rinaldi and Schaap. Woodruff will contribute personal observations and anecdotes. ESPN2's coverage will conclude Thursday, May 12, with the Closing Ceremony live at 7:30 p.m. All coverage on
ESPN2 will also be available to stream live on WatchESPN across computers, smartphones, tablets and connected devices via an affiliated video provider.
