One week after announcing the core roster of College Football broadcasters and on-air personalities for 2014, Fox Sports adds another big name to its lineup in former Notre Dame and NFL quarterback Brady Quinn. Quinn joins Fox Sports as a College Football and NFL studio and game analyst. The announcement was made today by Fox Sports Executive Vice President Production, John Entz.
In his studio role, Quinn (@3rd_Goal) contributes college and pro football analysis on
Fox Sports 1's AMERICA'S PREGAME and
Fox Sports LIVE. In the booth, Quinn pairs with two veteran play-by-play announcers, teaming with Tim Brando for college games and Dick Stockton when on NFL assignment.
"We are excited to add someone with Brady's enthusiasm and versatility to our already stout lineup of
College Football and NFL broadcasters," Entz said. "Brady offers a unique perspective on both college and pro games, and we believe he has the talent and work ethic to transition seamlessly between the studio and the booth."
"I am honored and grateful to have the opportunity to join the team at
FOX Sports," said Quinn. "Obviously, nothing compares to playing quarterback, but I am looking forward to this next career challenge and the tremendous opportunity it affords me to remain close to the sport I love at both the collegiate and professional levels."
