The holidays are when family and friends come together around the dinner table to celebrate over a hearty meal, and this year Food Network and Cooking Channel are stuffed with new specials featuring your favorite food stars to get you ready for the big day. Planning the big feast is no easy feat, and the savory recipes and easy entertaining ideas featured on Food Network and Cooking Channel's THANKSGIVING line-up are sure to help make this holiday the best ever!

Ina Garten invites good friend and neighbor Bobby Flay over for a fabulous THANKSGIVING dinner, and the duo share their preparation techniques and recipes on A Barefoot Thanksgiving, premiering on Sunday, November 15th at 1pm on Food Network. Bobby smokes the turkey and shares his secrets for the perfect 11-layer potato gratin, while Ina prepares a dazzling spread of Orange and Honey Glazed Carrots and stunning Sautéed Brussels Sprouts. They are shaking things up with new twists on classic dishes and make-ahead recipes to create the perfect dinner complete with their incomparable tips and strategies for a fabulous feast. It is half the effort, double the fun and a sensational menu that will impress guests.

Every good THANKSGIVING host knows that the recipe for success lies in the prep work. This year Pioneer Woman Ree Drummond cooks up the ultimate three-day countdown to a frontier-style THANKSGIVING dinner with delicious make-ahead dishes. ON THE MENU for this family feast is a succulent Maple Whiskey Turkey, and spectacular sides of Very Berry Cranberry Sauce, Parker House Rolls, Mashed Potatoes with Shallots, and Herbed Cornbread for Southern Dressing. On THANKSGIVING Eve, Ree continues her foolproof prep plan by making her Beautiful Brussels Sprouts and Pumpkin Gingersnap Cheesecake with Salted Caramel Sauce. Finally, on the big day Ree is ready to spend time with her family around the holiday table. It's a Pioneer Woman's Ultimate THANKSGIVING on Monday, November 16th at 8pm on Food Network.

Start your oven, this meal is off the hook as Guy Fieri and his chef friends are serving up a feast that is bigger and better than ever. This meal is full of tasty traditions with a twist, big flavors and even bigger fun around the THANKSGIVING table on Guy's Big Bite: A Very Fieri Thanksgiving, premiering Friday, November 20th at 8pm on Food Network. The star of this meal is Turchetta -- a mix of turkey and porchetta, Turkey Meatballs with Fire-Roasted Green Chile, Grilled Cauliflower with Bacon-Brie Sauce, Roasted Bone Marrow with Bacon Marmalade, and for dessert, Chocolate Babka Bread Pudding.

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are hosting this year, and it is sure to be a THANKSGIVING to remember on Tori and Dean's Family Thanksgiving, premiering Sunday, November 8th at 8pm ET/ 5pm PT on Cooking Channel. Dean enlists Tori's help to prepare the Maple-Bacon Latticed Turkey with Sage Butter. Then, he prepares a Brussels Sprouts Salad and an elegant Sausage Stuffing in Artichokes, that inspires Tori to "go green" by making DIY candle holders using the extra artichokes for a festive tablescape. They saved the best for last with no-bake desserts including a tangy Cranberry, Vanilla Bean & Orange Gelatina and chocolatey Pecan Pie Bites. No one will leave this table hungry!

The Simmons family has shared their ideas for the perfect Sunday suppers all year long and now they are showing viewers their favorite recipes for the biggest supper of the year on Cooking Channel's Rev Run's THANKSGIVING Supper on Sunday, November 15th at 8pm ET/ 5pm ET. Justine Simmons has carefully planned the delicious menu filled with all the holiday favorites including Classic Cranberry Sauce, Roasted Asparagus with Bacon, and Pumpkin Pie with Gingerbread Crust, but the real star of their holiday supper will be her juicy Oven Roasted Turkey with Quick Pan Gravy. Until, Rev Run upends her plan and tells her he will be preparing his crispy Deep Fried Turkey, along with mini Apple Pie Bites and savory Individual THANKSGIVING Stuffing Muffin Cups. Both unwilling to back down, Rev and Justine decide to make their own birds for a little spousal cooking competition. As the family gathers around the table for an unforgettable holiday feast, it becomes clear that surrounded by happy, healthy and well-fed family, they are all winners because they have so much to be thankful for.

Turkey day is all about the bird, and for the first time-ever on THANKSGIVING beginning at 10am ETfans can go to FoodNetwork.com/Thanksgiving to watch live as a whole turkey roasts from start to finish at the Food Network Kitchen and can Tweet along using #ThanksgivingCentral, while preparing for their own holiday meal at-home. Plus, FoodNetwork.com/Thanksgiving andCookingChannelTV.com/Thanksgiving have you covered for the big day with recipes, step-by-step instructions, tools for meal-planning (including an entire Thanksgiving meal you can make ahead and freeze!), and guides for easy-entertaining to make this THANKSGIVING celebration memorable for years to come!
