February starts off with a bang when mini-competitors embark on a major battle with the premiere of Kids Baking Championship on Monday, February 2nd at 8pm. The flour flies when eight kid bakers selected from a nationwide search go whisk-to-whisk for a sweet prize package and $10,000 in this tournament judged and hosted by Duff Goldman and Valerie Bertinelli. The primetime lineup gets even sweeter with the premiere of special OUTRAGEOUS Chocolate on Saturday, February 7th at 8pm, featuring dazzling chocolate creations including life-size sculptures, the world's largest chocolate bar and decadent chocolate dishes.

Beat Bobby Flay
Premiering Thursday, February 5th at 10pm - "Fry Me a River"
Chopped judges Scott Conant and Geoffrey Zakarian have yet to take down the king. They return to the arena for redemption, and to get the job done they have brought in Nevada's Robert Hesse to battle New York's Michael Jenkins. Will Scott and Geoffrey finally get their big win?

Chopped
Premiering Tuesday, February 3rd at 10pm - "Say Cheese!"
Cheese is not just a key ingredient for many comfort food classics, it is also the theme for this competition. In the first round, the chefs must find a creative use for blue cheese and goat cheese in their appetizer plates. In the entree round, two French cheeses must be used with chicken thighs and garlic scapes. Two ferocious competitors fight the final cheesy course to the very end.

Premiering Tuesday, February 10th at 10pm - "Chocolate Rush!"
A surge of excitement is felt in the CHOPPED kitchen when the chefs find out that every mystery basket will contain chocolate! In the first round, the chefs must figure out how to make chocolate ingredients work with pork chops. The baskets in the entree round contain beef, along with dark chocolate. The two lucky, talented finalists aim to amaze the judges with their milk chocolate and graham cracker desserts.

Premiering Tuesday, February 17th at 10pm - "Reality TV Stars"
Reality stars Renee Graziano (Mob Wives), Travis Lofland (Deadliest Catch), Amy Roloff (Little People, Big World) and Kathy Wakile (Real Housewives of New Jersey) are ready for battle in the CHOPPED kitchen. They will have to tackle biscuit dough, vegetable cream cheese and cherry pie filling if they are going to take home $10,000 for their favorite charity.

Premiering Tuesday, February 24th at 10pm - "Late Night Food Brawl"
It is a night owls' nosh fest, when the chefs learn that they will be preparing decadent dishes best enjoyed in the late-night hours. For the first course, the chefs must work with a carb-heavy Canadian snack and an Italian sausage. In the entree round, the chefs find themselves taking apart tiny burgers in an effort to creatively transform a midnight snack. Things get really "loco" in the dessert round with burritos in the basket.

Chopped Canada
Premiering Thursday, February 5th at 9pm -"It's a Pig's Ear"
Four chefs duke it out over pigs' ears and poblano peppers. Three chefs will rocket ahead when beef hearts and turkey breast appear together in the entree basket. It is a vegetable-filled dessert round with a tree tomato, eggplant dip and carrot juice all standing in the way of the final victory.

Premiering Thursday, February 12th at 9pm -"Viewers' Choice: Land, Sea, Air"
Fans across the nation weighed in with their ideas for these challenging baskets. In the appetizer round, prairie oysters and ketchup chips pop up as surprising choices from the land of plenty. Round two is a seaside surprise with gefilte fish and squid ink muddying the waters. The dessert round really takes flight as the chefs wrestle with how to make things with wings into a sensational sweet.

Premiering Thursday, February 19th at 9pm -"How About Them Apples?"
It is a culture clash for these chefs as Italian soda, Thai noodles and Indian spice garam masala collide in round one. Frozen French fries and tuna steaks force the chefs to sharpen their knives in the entree round. It is time to harvest the prize in the dessert round, as apples get the royal treatment in this fall-flavored basket.

Premiering Thursday, February 26th -"Dippity Do What?"
Chefs get an unhelpful hand in the appetizer round when a prepackaged staple rears its ugly head. There is not much love for turducken as the chefs battle it out in round two. Dessert throws yet another curveball with fiddleheads in the mix. Will either chef be able to transform this woodsy green into a delectable treat?

Cutthroat Kitchen
Premiering Sunday, February 1st at 11pm -"Who Tarted"
Three chefs have to dig for clams in a clam bed. One chef has to make turkey burgers while wearing arm weights. Finally, one chef must prepare a fruit tart with vegetables that are actually fruits.

Premiering Sunday, February 8th at 10pm -"Alton and the Chocolate Factory"
In a special chocolate episode, one chef has to make molten chocolate cake...without chocolate! Then, two chefs have to make a savory chocolate dish with fish and eggs.

Premiering Sunday, February 15th at 10pm -"Watchoo Taco'ing About, Alton"
Two chefs have to get their ingredients for a deli sandwich from a vending machine. Then, two chefs have to cook each other's tacos. Finally, one chef takes a lazy sundae drive around the kitchen.

Premiering Sunday, February 22nd at 10pm -"Gno-cchi to Victory"
As they make gnocchi, one chef has to wear a potato masher on their hand. Then someone cooks drunken noodles on a keg of fire. Finally, someone has to make thumbprint cookies without the use of their thumbs.

Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives
Premiering Friday, February 6th at 10pm - "Scottsdale Pitstops"
This trip, Guy heads to the southwest for a flavor-filled tour of Scottsdale, Arizona. First, he visits a real deal Italian market making an authentic beef specialty straight from the mother country. Then, Guy makes a pit stop at a funky gas station and barbecue cafe dishing out delicious brisket alongside a host of handcrafted fuel -- yes, fuel. And just north of Scottsdale, an out-of-the-box burger joint serves up all kinds of crazy, culinary creations.

Duff Till Dawn- Premiering Thursdays at 10:30pm
Duff Till Dawn is the ultimate underground cake competition, featuring bold ideas, fierce competitors, and a ringmaster who has never had a boring day in his life. Duff Goldman is ready to give a few lucky cake fanatics some love, but he is going to put them through a series of challenges in order to earn it. It is the coolest throwdown in cake.

Guy's Grocery Games
Premiering Sunday, February 8th at 8pm - "Love is in the Aisle"
In Triple G's Valentine's Day special, chefs discover that Guy's gift of chocolate is not the perfect match for their savory starter. Next, will there be enough time or money to shop for and prepare their desserts? Then, our finalists must grab items for a candlelight dinner while repeatedly trading groceries in a crazy game of Musical Carts. One chef will romance the judges and win the ultimate Valentine's surprise of up to $20,000 in the Triple G Shopping Spree.

Premiering Sunday, February 15th at 8pm - "Something Spells Good"
Chefs find that making your best dish using only ingredients that begin with the letter M is not as easy as ABC. Next, they have to lighten up and make a grilled salad with only six pounds of ingredients. Then, the finalists have to make a signature burger with an ingredient from every aisle. Which burger will secure a chef's chance to bag up to $20,000 in the Triple G Shopping Spree?

Premiering Sunday, February 22nd at 8pm - "Chef's Ham it Up"
Chefs begin by making a barbecue blowout that will not blow their budget! Next, will Guy's eclectic Grocery List put a damper on a date night ham dinner? Then, the final two try to make their best dish using items from only one aisle. The winner makes a mad dash for up to $20,000 in cash in the Triple G Shopping Spree.

Kids Baking Championship - Premiering Monday, February 2nd at 8pm
After a nationwide search, eight kid bakers have emerged as contenders for the title of Kids Baking Champion. Hosts and judges Duff Goldman and Valerie Bertinelli lead these talented young bakers through tasty challenges designed to find the most impressive and creative baker. At stake, a sweet prize package that includes a complete set of Food Network bakeware products, a profile in Food Network Magazine, an original cake featured at Charm City Cakes and a $10,000 grand prize. Only one will take the cake to become the Kids Baking Champion!
Premiering Monday, February 2nd at 8pm - "Bake Sale" - SERIES PREMIERE!
For the kick off to the Kids Baking Championship, the eight kid bakers are hard at work to serve up two delicious signature items for a bake sale. Midway through the challenge, hosts Duff Goldman and Valerie Bertinelli reveal that the kids must also make a third item using the classic childhood flavor combination - peanut butter and jelly. Two kid bakers will melt under the pressure and will be sent home.
Premiering Monday, February 9th at 8pm - "Dessert Imposters"
In this challenge, the kid bakers are asked to create dessert IMPOSTERS - a sweet treat masquerading as a savory item. How convincingly will the bakers be able to make delicious sweets that look like pizza, spaghetti, tacos and bagels? Half way through the challenge, Duff announces a surprising twist. The kid bakers must also create an imposter side dish to accompany their main dessert, in order to slice the competition.
Premiering Monday, February 16th at 8pm - "Stuffed Puffs"
In this challenge, the kid bakers must make two dozen puff pastry desserts. While hard at work creating the dough and delicious fillings for their stuffed puffs, hosts Duff Goldman and Valerie Bertinelli announce a savory twist. The kids must use the secret savory ingredient in at least one dozen of their treats. Only four bakers will grease the competition and advance to the final round.
Premiering Monday, February 23rd at 8pm - "Celebration Cakes" - SERIES FINALE!
The four remaining kid bakers are tasked with a massive challenge for the finale: create a celebration cake for the moment they win, along with baked party gifts that complement their cake in flavor and design. One kid baker will be crowned Kids Baking Champion, and take home the $10,000 prize.

After hearing complaints about rowdy customers, Bryan, owner of Corbin Bowling Center in Tarzana, California, contacts Charles for help. MYSTERY DINERS Eliot and Kendall go undercover and discover the staff is condoning reckless behavior.
Premiering Wednesday, February 11th at 9:30pm - "Deli Drama"
Fearing that his new baker is taking artistic license with customer cake orders, Lenny, owner of Lenny's Deli in Los Angeles, asks Charles to investigate. MYSTERY DINERS Kiel and Kendall go undercover and discover an even bigger problem inside the deli.
Premiering Wednesday, February 18th at 9:30pm - "Very Bad Bosses"
Tired of being mistreated, the wait staff of a California restaurant contacts Charles to do a reverse sting on their employer. MYSTERY DINERS Amanda and Eliot go undercover and uncover what is really going on inside the kitchen.
Premiering Wednesday, February 25th at 9:30pm - "Barrel of Monkeys"
Damian, owner of Doffo Winery in Temecula, California, contacts Charles after noticing missing wine barrels. MYSTERY DINERS Jamie and Kendall go undercover to see which employees are responsible.

Outrageous Chocolate
Premiering Saturday, February 7th at 8pm - SPECIAL!
Get ready for a deep dive into the world of OUTRAGEOUS Chocolate! This special features everything from chocolate sculptures including a life-size tiger to a 900-pound white chocolate Eros. See the inner workings of the factory behind the world's largest chocolate bar, indulge in decadently rich chocolate cakes with gold-dusted chocolate dragons, and visit a kitchen serving a menu of nothing but exquisitely decadent chocolate dishes like chocolate pizza and chocolate pasta. It is going to be one outrageously sweet ride!

Restaurant: Impossible
Premiering Wednesday, February 4th at 10pm - "Betting the Hours"
Host Robert Irvine has seen a lot of desperate restaurants, but Zoog's Caveman Cookin' in Port Hadlock, Washington, may just be the worst. At just two years old, it is repulsively dirty and the owner has lost his passion, leaving his inexperienced daughter to run the place. If this was not enough of a challenge for Robert to overcome, the government shows up, threatening to close the doors of the restaurant.
Premiering Wednesday, February 11th at 10pm - "Dog & Pony Show"
Host Robert Irvine arrives at the Dog & Pony Ale House in Renton, Washington, where he meets the owner, Kristen. Despite Kristen's whit and smarts, she is being overwhelmed by a vocal group of customers who cause her to buy equipment and change the menu on a whim, trust issues with her staff, and debt owed to the IRS. Robert will have to give Kristen the tools she needs to toughen up and turn this confused bar into a place worthy of all its patrons, before the Dog & Pony is shut down and Kristen loses everything.
Premiering Wednesday, February 18th at 10pm - "Game Over"
Brothers Jon and Bobby opened Bene Pizza and Pasta, a restaurant/arcade in Omaha 13 years ago. Business was booming until Bobby got sick and business dropped, requiring their mom's financial help to keep the doors open. Host Robert Irvine has his hands full trying to mend the years' worth of hurt feelings between the brothers, getting their mom to loosen her reins and figuring out what to do with the noisy arcade.

Worst Cooks in America
Premiering Sunday, February 1st at 10pm - "Feeding Frenzy"
The recruits are faced with their biggest challenge yet: cooking for guests in large quantities. They are asked to make a "Breakfast for Champions" for special guest star, Good Morning America's Meteorologist, Ginger Zee, who happens to know a thing or two about the importance of breakfast. They then complete this week's challenge by throwing a dinner party for past recruits, who know exactly what it is like to be in their shoes.
Premiering Sunday, February 8th at 9pm - "Blast from the Past"
The recruits are down to the final four when they are faced with their most important challenge yet. The remaining cooks recreate their signature dishes using their newfound skills and food knowledge for the skill drill, where they show who has truly improved, and who is still a Worst Cook. The next day, the recruits are shocked to find they will be cooking for their family members, who have come in to surprise them for their final challenge. As this is a blind tasting, the recruits risk being sent home by their own loved ones.
Premiering Sunday, February 15th at 9pm - "Final Food Fight" - SEASON FINALE!
With the final recruit for each team chosen at the finale of this grueling competition, Anne and Tyler work with their recruits to select a refined three-course menu to be served to a panel of expert judges. While the recruits cook, one must work through excruciating pain when they get a taste of the real dangers facing professional chefs every day. The two final recruits work tirelessly in a professional kitchen to determine who will be named the winner of the WORST COOKS IN AMERICA and win $25,000.

Cooking a birthday dinner is not normally that big of a deal, but when your husband is award-winning chef Mark Peel, the pressure is on! Daphne Brogdon is making a juicy Roasted Pork Loin Stuffed with Sautéed Onions, served with Crispy Skillet Potatoes and her warm Honey Mustard Slaw. For dessert, she bakes Mark's favorite, a Cheesecake Tart with Raspberry Swirl.
Premiering Sunday, February 8th at 12pm - "Girls Night In" - SERIES FINALE!
Daphne Brogdon is throwing a girls' night in party for her daughter and her niece. Daphne's got a special menu, perfect for sharing in between painting nails and a dance party, with Snackable Sausage Rolls, Crispy Garbanzo Beans, Vivien's Favorite Shrimp and fudgy and cakey Chocolate Dream Brownies.

Farmhouse Rules
Premiering Sunday, February 22nd at 12:30pm - "Hoppy and Happy"
Nancy is using local hops in her meal today, when she stops by her friends' brewery to pick up all different kinds of beer for cooking and baking. Then, she invites the brewers back to the farm for a comforting dinner that is out of this world. ON THE MENU is Beer-Braised Beef Chuck Stew, Farmer's Daughter Ale and Cheddar Biscuits, Kale Salad with Amber Ale Vinaigrette and Fudge Cake with Stout Glaze.

Giada at Home
Premiering Sunday, February 8th at 10:30am - "Chocolate Kisses"
Giada De Laurentiis shares some of her favorite chocolate Valentine's Day treats like Brazilian-Style Truffles, Double Chocolate-Glazed Doughnuts and Red Velvet Whoopie Pies with Chocolate Cream Cheese Filling; perfect for the holiday.
Premiering Sunday, February 15th at 10:30am - "Hooray for Hollywood"
It is a glamorous trip down memory lane and a taste of the beloved foods of old Hollywood. Giada De Laurentiis is inspired by old menus archived at the Los Angeles Public Library and creates a spin on dishes from the famous Villa NOVA restaurant Chasen's and the Tick Tock Tea Room with Veal Saltimbocca, Smokey Meaty Chili and Orange Sticky Buns.
Premiering Sunday, February 22nd at 10:30am - "Late Night Munchies"
Giada De Laurentiis raids her fridge and whips up some of her favorite late night munchies including Mortadella Bites, an Italian Monte Cristo, Pretzel-Crusted Chicken Fingers with Curry Ketchup and a Chocolate Cherry Ice Cream Float.

Guy's Big Bite
Premiering Sunday, February 1st at 11am - "Guy's Big Steakhouse"
Guy is paying homage to the classic steakhouse dinner with Grilled Oysters Rockefeller topped with Spinach Bacon Fondue, Baked Crab Cakes with Old Bay Remoulade and, of course, the main attraction, Fire-Grilled NY Strip Steak with Five Peppercorn Sauce.
Premiering Sunday, February 22nd at 11am - "East by Southwest"
Guy is cooking up food and fun with Joey Fatone! The jokester pals cook, rap and reminisce as they prepare Grilled Southwest Lobster Rolls and Crispy Yucca Fries with Southwest Seasoning.

While the family's busy shipping cattle, Ree's whipping up a well-deserved breakfast and getting ahead with dinner. For breakfast, she dishes up a Pancake Bar with Oven Fried Bacon, Sweet Strawberries, Vanilla Bean Caramel Sauce, Whipped Cream and lots of fun toppings. Then for dinner, she's making Braised Short Ribs and Cheese Grits.
Premiering Saturday, February 21st at 10am - ""Stacking the Hay and Stocking the Freezer"
While the family's stacking hay, Ree's stocking up the freezer with her family's favorite dishes, including a big pan of Chicken Enchiladas, his and hers Pizza Pockets and Three Cheese-Stuffed Shells with tomato sauce. Then a healthy, delicious snack of Purple Smoothie Popsicles.
