According to The Hollywood Reporter, Faye Dunaway and Warren Beatty are set to return to the Oscars stage to present the award for Best Picture this Sunday. The BONNIE AND CLYDE duo presented the same award last year, when they were given the wrong envelope by accountants offstage, which resulted in LA LA LAND being mistakenly named Best Picture. After the onstage snafu, PricewaterhouseCoopers released a statement saying, ""The presenters had mistakenly been given the wrong category envelope and when discovered, was immediately corrected." The accountants responsible have been removed from working the Academy's yearly event, but PricewaterhouseCoopers is confirmed to be back.
The 90th Oscars will be held on Sunday, March 4, at the Dolby Theatre® at Hollywood & Highland Center® in Hollywood, and will be broadcast live on The ABC Television Network at 8:00 p.m. EST/5:00 p.m. PST. "The Oscars," produced by Michael De Luca and Jennifer Todd and hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, also will be televised live in more than 225 countries and territories worldwide. Additionally, "The Oscars: All Access" live stream from the red carpet and backstage will begin at 6:30 p.m. ET/3:30 p.m. PT on The Academy's show page on Facebook Watch, The ABC Television Network Facebook page, Oscar.com and ABCNews.com.
