According to The Hollywood Reporter, Faith Hill will not be returning to NBC's Sunday Night Football this fall. Hill has sung the opening theme, a version of "I Hate Myself for Loving You", since 2007. A replacement is not yet confirmed.

"Faith Hill is family to all of us at Sunday Night Football," the show's producer Fred Gaudelli told THR. "For the last six seasons and two Super Bowls, her opening performance of 'waiting all day' set the tone for SNF and became a television staple."

Hill Tweeted the news this morning, April 15: "Amazing 2 have been part of SNF - an honor. I've just let everyone there know it's time 2 let someone else rock the open."

Country star Faith Hill has sold more than 40 million records worldwide and has been honored by the Grammys, the Academy of Country Music, the Country Music Association, the American Music Awards and the People's Choice Awards. She is married to fellow country singer Tim McGraw. Hill's albums include Take Me As I Am, It Matters to Me, Faith, Breathe, Cry, Fireflies, The Hits and Joy to the World. She is working on her seventh album -- rumored to be titled Illusion -- set for release this year.
