According to The Hollywood Reporter, Apple has announced that the FROZEN soundtrack and Pharrell's 'Happy' are the top-selling album and song on iTunes for 2014, respectively.

In addition, BBC.com reports that FROZEN is now iTunes' biggest-selling movie of all time.

Following 'Frozen,' Taylor Swift's '1989,' Coldplay's 'Ghost Stories,' Sam Smith's 'In the Lonely Hour' and the 'Guardians of the Galaxy' Soundtrack round out the Top 5 albums of the year.

Behind 'Happy,' the Top 5 songs of the year include: 'John Legend's 'All of Me,' Katy Perry's 'Dark Horse,' Jason Derulo's 'Talk Dirty' and Iggy Azalea's 'Fancy.'

Frozen topped the charts as this year's best-selling movie with Game of Thrones: Season 3 claiming the spot of top television show.

The 2012 novel 'The Fault in Our Stars' by John Green (which had the help of a film adaptation earlier this year) was the top fiction book. Flash Boys: A Wall Street REVOLT ranked at number one in non-fiction, and Private was the top free book of the year.

Additionally, Apple released an editorial list, which named '1989' by Taylor Swift the best album of the year. Beyoncé was named overall artist of the year, and Iggy Azalea's 'Fancy' was named best song.
