FRIENDS-IN-LAW Gets Re-Piloted at NBC  Image

Deadline reports that NBC has given a pilot green light to Friends-In-Law, a comedy from Brian Gallivan ("The McCarthys"), Tom Werner ("The Conners") and Warner Bros. TV.

Friends-In-Law was initially developed to pilot last season. Gallivan's script will now being re-piloted.

Friends-In-Law centers on Brian and Jake, polar opposites who must quickly figure out how to coexist when their respective best friends decide to get married.

The 2018 pilot starred Devere Rogers and James Davis as Brian and Jake, respectively, with Nicole Parker and John Gemberling as their engaged friends.

NBC has picked up four comedy pilots for next season, including the Kenan Thompson starrer Saving Kenan.
