Cooking Channel kicks off June with new series The Freshman Class, a docu-series following four culinary school freshmen as they embark on their journey to gain a culinary degree that will change their lives, on Monday, June 10th at 10:30pmET/7:30pmPT. Alie Ward and Georgia Hardstark are going on a culinary journey of their own in new series Tripping Out with Alie & Georgia premiering Friday, June 21st at 10:30pmET/7:30pmPT, as they travel the country in search of new adventures and then share their experiences with their beloved friends over travel-inspired drinks and dishes. Roger Mooking is back for a second season of Man Fire Food showcasing one-of-kind ways to cook meals over fire beginning on Monday, June 3rd at 9:30pmET/6:30pmPT. Also on the June menu are new episodes of Road Trip with G. Garvin, Pizza Cuz and other fan-favorite series. SERIES PREMIERES
The Freshman Class
Cooking Channel follows four aspiring chefs as they try to earn a degree at the Louisiana Culinary Institute in Baton Rouge. Follow four freshmen, over the course of eight episodes, as they make the journey from the first day of school to final exams at the end of the first semester. The series chronicles the challenges each student faces with their varying backgrounds as they pursue their dream of becoming a professional chef. Culinary school is difficult and offers no guarantees, and these students all desperately want to do well at the institute to better their lives.

Premiering Monday, June 10th at 10:30pmET/7:30pmPT -"Meet the Freshmen" - SERIES PREMIERE!
The new class of incoming students arrives at Louisiana Culinary Institute, where they're drilled in the school's strict policies. They immediately prepare for a make-or-break test on sanitary practices. Meanwhile, Tiffany's husband shocks her with his extreme reaction to her starting school, as Jared wonders whether he should reveal his disabilitiesfrom PTSD, and Ben frets about disappointing his family. Jasmine also reveals a surprising secret about her full time job.

Premiering Monday, June 17th at 10:30pmET/7:30pmPT -"Jasmine's Secret"
The FreshmanClass at Louisiana Culinary Institute learns the history of cooking. Outside of class, Tiffany has to make a painful change to her family in order to keep on track at school. Ben has to swallow his pride and lean on his in-laws for financial help, while Jasmine tries to tell her mom the truth about her job.

Premiering Monday, June 24th at 10:30pmET/7:30pmPT -"Jared's Burden"
The Freshman Class at Louisiana Culinary Institute learns knife skills and then are thrown into the kitchen for their first big cooking test. With Jared's PTSD beginning to undermine his work in class and Ben's stress going through the roof when he has to take on more responsibility at home, how will the students fare? Meanwhile Tiffany's daughter, April, considers dropping out of the program, while Tiffany starts a conflict with one of the school's toughest instructors.

Tripping Out with Alie & Georgia
Cooking Channel's favorite Classy Ladies Alie Ward and Georgia Hardstark hit the road in search of adventure, hidden gems and a delicious cocktail in Tripping Out with Alie & Georgia. With vintage suitcases in hand, this witty duo embarks on a road trip not to be missed and tops off each episode with a party and an original cocktail inspired by their travels. From mud baths in the California desert to synchronized swimming in Miami, Alie and Georgia leave no stone unturned as they tour the country in style with a healthy shot of humor.

Premiering Friday, June 21st at 10:30pmET/7:30pmPT - "Las Vegas" - SERIES PREMIERE!
Best friends and mixologists, Alie Ward and Georgia Hardstark travel to Las Vegas with the goal of "doing Vegas" with pride, dignity and a healthy dose of humor. From super-sized pancakes at a classic diner to bacon martinis at an off-the-strip dive bar, Alie and Georgia are "tripping out" in Vegas with hilarious consequences. Along the way, Alie realizes her childhood dream of learning how to walk a tight rope under a circus tent in one of her signature vintage dresses, and Georgia shows her competitive side when the girls use their feminine wiles to bluff the boys at the poker table. Then, they head home to LA, where they throw a party for friends that reflects their Vegas experience.
Premiering Friday, June 28th at 10:30pmET/7:30pmPT - "California Desert"
It's a "groove and rejuve" weekend for Alie and Georgia as they hit the dusty trail and head to Joshua Tree in the California desert. Georgia is skeptical, as she remembers many unpleasant family camping trips to the desert as a kid. Alie, on the other hand, loves to camp and convinces Georgia that this time things will be different. Throughout their trip, they sample some local food, like the date shake and date burger, and sip beet and carrot juice as they plunge neck deep into a mud bath. Back home in LA, the girls throw a party inspired by their desert adventure.

Man Fire Food
Premiering Monday, June 3rd at 9:30pmET/6:30pmPT - "South Carolina Surf and Turf" - Season Premiere!
Roger heads to South Carolina in search of traditional whole hog barbecue and low-country oyster roasts. Hemingway, a small town outside Charleston, is home to Scott's Bar-B-Q. Roger meets pit master Rodney Scott who has been cooking whole hog since he was eleven years old. His smoke-filled pit room cooks up to fourteen hogs at a time. Next stop is fishing town, McClellanville, where Roger meets Oliver Thames who invented a unique oyster roaster. The duo pile local cluster oysters on a metal sheet positioned over a firebox, and then blankets of wet burlap rest on top to help them steam open.

Premiering Monday, June 10th at 9:30pmET/6:30pmPT - "Smoke and Steam"
Hawaiian island, Oahu, is known to locals as the "gathering place," and Roger is invited to two community gatherings abundant with local food. On the east side of the island, local chef Mark "Gooch" Noguchi teaches Roger how to prepare a traditional Hawaiian imu -a whole pig prepared with local starches and lau lau (packages of cubed pork and salmon). Later, at a farmer's market at Kapiolani Community College, Roger meets Scott Shibuya who smokes pork, chicken, and turkey tails with guava and kiawe woods in a unique smoker he cleverly built out of an Air Force cargo container, an airplane food cart, and a computer fan.
Premiering Monday, June 17th at 9:30pmET/6:30pmPT - "Feasts Over Fire in Hawaii"
Right off of Nimitz Highway in Honolulu, Roger stops by Koala Moa, famous for whole chickens roasted over fire right in their parking lot. Roger joins owner Chris Shimabukuro as he cooks 140 seasoned chickens low and slow to perfection in metal baskets. Later, at Ma'O Organic Farms in Waianae, Roger meets local chef Bob McGee, who roasts half a cow over a custom-built six-by-six foot metal grill.

Premiering Monday, June 24th at 9:30pm ET/6:30pm PT - "Mediterranean Seafood Feasts"
Roger explores two spectacular wood-fired Mediterranean seafood feasts in the heart of Northern California. In Napa Valley, the Seltzner family is famous for their wines and their towering outdoor oven called the Infiernillo. In Tomales Bay, caterer Tom Meckfessel takes surf-and-turf to another level as he prepares a Spanish-inspired paella over a wood fire right on the water. Roger harvests local clams with John Finger, owner of Hog Island Oyster Farm, which is one of the key ingredients for the mouthwatering paella.

Host Natalie Forte goes to school in Indiana's biggest college town, where Chef Daniel Orr does more than talk The Farm-to-table talk at his eclectic antique-filled restaurant. With produce from his mom's nearby farm and a dessert based on his grandmother's biscuit recipe, food and family make viewers feel right at home.

Premiering Saturday, June 15th at 4:30pmET/1:30pmPT - "Frontier"
Host Natalie Forte goes big-game hunting on the streets of Chicago and discovers Frontier, a cross between rustic lodge and sports bar. New Orleans born Chef Brian Jupiter brings Cajun flavors to some of his exotic offerings.

Host Natalie Forte discovers an almost-downtown St. Louis rooftop gem sitting on the third floor of a restored malt house. Chef Ivy Magruder creates upscale, yet approachable fare that boasts an American twist on Southern French cuisine.

Premiering Saturday, June 29th at 4:30pmET/1:30pmPT - "Trattoria Stefano"
Host Natalie Forte finds herself in the bratwurst capital of Sheboygan, Wisconsin experiencing authentic Italian cooking. Chef Stefano Viglietti has combined his grandmother's recipes with a lifetime of trips to Italy in order to produce mouth-watering food that transports you to the Italian countryside.

Premiering Tuesday, June 18th at 8pmET/5pmPT - "Getting Lucky"
Lucky's Puccias in Austin, Texas, features yummy Italian sandwiches like their Hot Pastrami and Puccia Contadina stuffed with turkey provolone, arugula, tomato and a house made olive tapenade. Then, it's off to the Honey Pot truck in Portland for some sweet and savory pies. Next is a trip to San Francisco to the Phat Thai truck for authentic Pad Thai, Som Tum Salad and Pad Kee Mao. Finally, it's all aboard Puckett's Trolley in Nashville for some Southern-style comfort food.

Premiering Tuesday, June 25th at 8pmET/5pmPT - "Gorillas, Dogs, Balls and More"
First up, the Gorilla Cheese truck in New York serves up their ooey gooey grilled cheese sandwiches. In Phoenix, the Short Leash truck cooks up some gourmet hot dogs like The Aiko, a naan wrapped sausage topped with mango chutney. Next stop is Las Vegas for some tasty meatballs at the Haulin' Balls truck. Finally in Nashville, the Mas Tacos Por Favor truck dishes out anything but ordinary taco treats.

Pizza Cuz
Premiering Monday, June 3rd at 9pmET/6pmPT - "Girl Power"
Francis and Sal visit some of the most successful women in pizza, starting with Jennifer Stark and Maureen McNamara at Amici's Pizza in Michigan where they serve a Spicy Jerk Chicken Pizza. Then in Portland, the Minnick sisters share their Salted Cod Pizza from Lovely's Fifty Fifty. Sal and Francis head to Philadelphia, where two mini-moguls, Valerie Safran and Marcie Turner, share a taste of their Guanciale and Truffled Farm Egg Pizza that has helped them take over an entire city block.

Premiering Monday, June 10th at 9pmET/6pmPT - "Unexpected"
The cousins seek out the experimental and unconventional, as Sal and Francis enjoy Indian Tandoori Chicken Pizza at Zante in San Francisco. If a delectable wood-fired Truffle Oil Pizza from a tiny food cart in Oregon doesn't sound appealing enough, Francis and Sal then get their taste buds wet on a smoked brisket pie, followed by an ice cream-topped slice in a wacky pizza museum in Philadelphia.

Road Trip with G. Garvin
Premiering Tuesday, June 11th at 9pmET/6pmPT -"Oakland"
In Oakland, G. Garvin visits the Chop Bar where he samples a hearty and delicious meatloaf dish. On his trip, he also stops by the home kitchen of Jaynelle from the popular shop Pietisserie and whips up an apple pie. Then G. hits the streets on a walking tour and samples everything from chicken and waffles to ceviche and ends the day with a wine sampling - all while getting a taste of the Oakland food scene.

Premiering Tuesday, June 18th at 9pmET/6pmPT - "Louisville"
G. Garvin heads to Louisville, Kentucky to visit Magnolia 610, where the chef is bringing his diverse roots to the South. G then heads to Hammerheads where two young chefs are making a name for themselves with an eclectic menu including a PBLT - pork belly, lettuce, and tomato - a unique twist on the traditional sandwich. He checks out Juanita's Burger Boy Diner, where he cooks and samples some classic diner fare. Finally, it's off to Rudyard Kipling, affectionately called "The Rud," where G tastes burgoo, a meat and veggie stew that's a Louisville favorite.

Premiering Tuesday, June 25th at 9pmET/6pmPT - "Down Home"
In search of down home goodness, G. Garvin heads to Noble Springs Dairy farm in Franklin, Tennessee to get a lesson on how to make goat cheese. Then it's on to Louisville, Kentucky to Hillbilly Tea where tea is the star of the show but the Big Earls Lamb Shank is not to be missed. Then, it's off to the Barton Distillery for a tasting of their famous bourbon and a lesson on how they use it in a popular dessert.
