Host, executive producer and award-winning chef Gordon Ramsay, restaurateur Joe Bastianich and acclaimed chef Graham Elliot are in the midst of Season Five of America's No. 1 cooking competition show, MASTERCHEF. But beginning Saturday, Sept. 13, the MASTERCHEF team will travel across the country to the following cities to search for America's best home cook for Season Six: San Francisco and San Diego (Sept. 13); Cleveland and San Antonio (Sept. 20); Atlanta and New Orleans (Sept. 27); New York City and Miami (Oct. 4); Chicago and Memphis (Oct. 11); and Los Angeles (Oct. 18).

In the next all-new Season Five episode airing Monday, Aug. 25 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX, the remaining seven home cooks will receive a little hometown encouragement, as they head into a savory apple dish challenge. The home cook who creates the best dish, will not only be safe from elimination, but will also play a key role in the next challenge. Then, the remaining home cooks will be split into pairs as they prepare a variety of pot stickers, and in the end, one more hopeful will be sent home.
