Jeff Olde, EVP, Programming & Development, E! announced today several executive appointments within the network's Programming & Development division. Continuing to solidify his senior leadership team, Olde's announcement includes: Blythe Asher who has been promoted to SVP, Talent Development & Casting; Damla Dogan who continues to serve as SVP, Programming & Development; and Leela Pon who has been promoted to VP, Programming & Development. Asher, Dogan and Pon report directly to Olde who officially joined E! in early July. Other promotions include Missy FOX to Director, Programming & Development and Julie St. Aubin to Manager, Programming & Development, both reporting to Dogan.
Additionally, Kevin Plunkett continues to serve as SVP, Scripted Programming, reporting to Olde, and Kate Hoenigsberg has been promoted to Director, Scripted Programming, reporting to Plunkett.

Damla Dogan, SVP, Programming & Development, joined
E! in 2007 from
VH1 where she served as Director, Series Development and Original Programming. Dogan, who was promoted from VP to her current role in 2011, has led the development for some of E!'s most popular reality series, including all Kardashians franchises - "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," "Kourtney & Kim Take Miami" and "Khloé & Lamar" - as well as the network's newest hit series "Total Divas." Dogan also oversees E!'s "Live from the Red Carpet" signature events.
Blythe Asher, SVP, Talent and Casting, joined
E! in 2009 from
MTV where she served as VP, Talent Development and Casting. Asher oversees the talent and casting of core franchises "Fashion Police," "E! News," "Live from the Red Carpet," as well as the casting, booking and talent relations for all of E!'s pilots, series and specials.
Leela Pon, VP, Programming & Development, manages the network's popular late night talk show, "Chelsea Lately," as well as development for the upcoming new talk show "Hello Ross" debuting this September and the new series "The Trend" covering all things fashion, beauty and design. She joined
E! in 2007 from The CW.
As SVP, Scripted Programming, Kevin Plunkett leads all aspects of E!'s scripted development. Plunkett joined
E! in 2011 from
ABC Entertainment where he was SVP, Comedy Development at
ABC Studios. Hoenigsberg joined Plunkett's team in 2011 and served as Manager prior to her promotion to Director, Scripted Programming.
Missy
FOX who joined
E! in 2008 works on the network's new reality series "Eric & Jessie: Game On" debuting this September, as well as "The Soup," "Fashion Police," "Live from the Red Carpet" and "Total Divas." Julie St. Aubin who joined
E! in 2009 works on all Kardashians franchises in addition to other specials and projects in development.
