E! News reports exclusively that Giuliana Rancic is about to pen a memoir! The E! star's upcoming book will cover all of the ups and downs she's faced over the years-ranging from her battle with breast cancer and challenging path to motherhood, to her success in the entertainment industry and the joys of being a wife and mom to her adorable son, Duke.

"It has been a true privilege to help people feel less alone by sharing my own hardships. There is still so much I haven't shared that I hope will inspire people," she told us.

"The decision to write an intimate memoir wasn't an easy one [which viewers will learn in the upcoming season of Giuliana & Bill premiering on April 1!] but it's a challenge I will take on with honesty and candor."

She added, "I plan on reliving the moments in my life that shaped me the most-everything from my personal struggles, to my hilarious stories growing up in an Italian household, to becoming a wife and mom-and I hope readers will enjoy my story."

Rancic is partnering up with Crown Archetype on the book, which is slated for a Spring 2015 release date.

"The road I have had to travel these past few years to become who I am today-a mother, a wife, a cancer survivor, a TV host-was often harrowing," she explained in a press release.

"There are many things that my fans, my friends and even my family never knew about my private struggle. I hope by writing this book and sharing my journey, I can be an inspiration to those facing their own personal turmoil."

Rancic previously wrote two relationship books, Think Like a Guy in 2005, and I Do, Now What?, which she co-authored with hubby Bill Rancic.

Be sure to tune into the season premiere of Giuliana & Bill this Tuesday, April 1 at 8/7c on E!
