Encore telecasts of "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" have dominated the late-night ratings week of June 27-July 1, topping the mostly original ABC and CBS time-period competition in every key measure - adults, men and women 18-34, 18-49 and 25-54, plus total viewers. Note that Friday's "Jimmy Kimmel Live" was an encore.
Fallon's rebroadcasts won five of five nights for the week versus CBS's "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert" and ABC's "Kimmel" in adults 18-49 and total viewers. For the week, "Tonight" encores outscored Kimmel in 18-49 by a +59% advantage (with a 0.73 rating vs. a 0.46) and Colbert by a +78% margin (0.73 vs. 0.41). At 12:30 a.m.. ET, "Late Night with Seth Meyers" rebroadcasts outrated CBS's encores of "Late Late Show with James Corden" in all key categories, and in their head-to-head half-hour, Meyers topped ABC's "Nightline" from 12:30-1 a.m. in every key measure. Excluding NBA FINALS weeks, Fallon and Meyers have outdelivered their ABC and CBS time-period competition every week this season in both adults 18-49 and total viewers.
