The Hollywood Reporter writes that a slew of stage and screen vets have joined the ensemble cast of Todd Solondz's upcoming indie film WIENER DOG.

Among them are THIS IS OUR YOUTH's Kieran Culkin, IT'S ALWAYS SUNNY IN PHILADELPHIA's Danny DeVito, film and TV actress Brie Larson, recent AGE OF ADALINE and Broadway star Ellen Burstyn, GIRLS' Zosia Mamet and Tony-winning playwright/actor Tracy Letts.

They join previously announced Julie Delpy and Greta Gerwig in the film, which "tells several stories that are tied together by a dachshund and the people whose life is changed by the encounter."

Gerwig stars as 'Dawn Wiener', a "mercilessly teased" character from Solondz's 1995 film WELCOME TO THE DOLLHOUSE.

Producing are Annapurna Pictures' Megan Ellison and David Distenfeld and Killer Films' Christine Vachon and David Hinojosa.
