Latest artists to confirm their performance for Telemundo's PREMIOS TU MUNDO include tropical music leading man Luis Enrique, Regional Mexican singer and star of Universo's "El Vato", El Dasa, and Venezuelan EDM duo AtellaGali. In addition, in what promises to be an emotional moment, various artists will join their voices on stage to perform a special musical number as a showing of solidarity with the people of Venezuela. "Premios Tu Mundo" will broadcast live Thursday August 24, 2017 at 8pm/7c on Telemundo from the AmericanAirlines Arena in Miami, Florida. Both, the awards ceremony and the lead-in one-hour pre-show special "Alfombra de Premios Tu Mundo" will air simultaneously on Universo, the fastest growing Spanish-language entertainment cable network in the U.S. Tickets for the awards ceremony are available at Ticketmaster.com and the AA Arena box office.
With more than 20 years of a successful artistic career, Luis Enrique is the most prominent Nicaraguan singer and composer of all time. Now also an author, Luis Enrique will release his first book Autobiografía later this fall. Regional Mexican star El Dasa also plays the lead character of "El Vato", which features Dasa's own "El Hijo del Desierto" as the theme song to the original series. Season two is slated to premiere this Sunday, August 27 at 10pm/9c on Universo. Atella and Gali, better known collectively as AtellaGali, is one of the first faith-based DJ duos established to reach youth through EDM (Electronic Dance Music). With deep roots in mainstream EDM, AtellaGali has spent the last two years performing in the club scene throughout the U.S. and Latin America. AtellaGali is best known for their remixes of songs like J Balvin's "Ginza" and "6AM" and Chino y Nacho's "Tú Me Quemas". Luis Enrique, El Dasa and AtellaGali join previously announced performers Christian Nodal, CNCO, Gerardo Ortiz, Jencarlos, Les Twins, Miguel Bose, Nacho, Olga Tañon, Ozuna, Pepe Aguilar and Angela Aguilar, and Yandel.
The 2017 edition of "Premios Tu Mundo" will be hosted by Carmen Villalobos, Daniel Sarcos and Fernanda Castillo, and present awards in 20 categories as well as the special awards given out to: Miguel Bose ("El Poder en Ti" award), Olga Tañon ("Jenni Rivera Legacy" award) and Maria Celeste Arraras ("Estrella de Tu Mundo" award). Additionally, the "Favorito De La Noche" (Favorite of the Night) award will be announced during "Premios Tu Mundo Acceso VIP," at 11:35pm/10:35c, honoring the celebrity who receives the most tweets from viewers that evening.
A combination of music stars, actors and TV personalities will serve as award presenters including: Alexis Valdes, Alicia Machado, Ana Lorena Sanchez, Ana Maria Polo, Andres Cantor, Aracely Arambula, Carlos Ponce, Carmen Aub, Carolina Miranda, Catherine Siachoque, Danna Paola, Don Francisco, El Dasa, Gabriel Porras, Gregorio Pernia, Jacqie Campos, Jenicka Lopez, Jessica Carrillo, Majida Issa, Mala Suerte, Mauricio Ochmann, Mauricio Henao, Michel Duval, Patricia Zavala, Pedro Capo, Rafael Amaya, Raul Gonzalez, Roberto Tapia, Rosie Rivera, Samadhi Zendejas, and Zuleyka Rivera.

Telemundo and Universo in the USA, "Premios Tu Mundo" will air live on August 24 on
Telemundo Internacional across the Americas, as well as on Canal 13 in Guatemala, and Canal 13 (next TV) in Peru. The ceremony will broadcast the same evening on Canal 7 in Honduras and Canal 10 in Nicaragua. The show will also air on August 26 on Canal 6 in Costa Rica, on RTS in Ecuador and Canal 2 in El Salvador. On August 27, it will broadcast on Panavision in Paraguay. All times are local.
